2008 is the 10th anniversary of Tier 2 Tier in the automotive industry, our first deployment in South Africa being 1998. The parent product, Qmuzik is installed in ten different countries worldwide, our customers being largely in the aerospace & defence, and automotive industries.

Tier 2 Tier manages SILS of the cockpit and front-end for the E90 BMW, door panels for the W204 Mercedes C Class and the PQ24/PQ35 VW Golf/Polo. In total Tier 2 Tier manages supply to the production lines of seven OEM’s.

A major focus of Tier 2 Tier is the reduction in number of stock days. Tier 2 Tier customers have achieved and sustained a number of stock days of 7 to 11 days
